Veterans and blockaders living in Estonia visited places of military glory in St. Petersburg

 

On July 13, a meeting of veterans and Leningraders who had suffered a blockade who now live in Estonia was held at the State Memorial Museum of Defense and Blockade of Leningrad. The meeting is dedicated to the 70th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War, such meetings of our compatriots from different countries are held annually.

“We are glad to see the greatness of the city of St. Petersburg, so it’s not for nothing that we survived those difficult years. It is especially pleasant that Petersburgers still retain the memory of those years, ”shared Lyudmila Pavlovna, the head of the Tallinn Society of Blockade Leningrad residents.
