On September 8, the 75th anniversary of the blockade of Leningrad, a procession will be held on Palace Square "Immortal Leningrad". The collection of the column of the commemorative procession will begin at 17:00 near the Field of Mars. The head of the procession will be military equipment during World War II and a column of motorcyclists. Participate in the march will be cadets of military schools, public organizations and movements.
At 19:00 at the Palace Square will begin a theatrical concert "For your feat, Leningrad!" 150 artists will take part in the concert, among them the Choir of the Russian Army, soloists of the Mariinsky Theater, laureates of Russian and international competitions. An orchestra will be installed for blockade veterans, they will be given memorable gifts.
