In a book published by the publisher "European Home", contains more than 120 interviews with older people. They are united by one thing - their childhood passed during the blockade of Leningrad. The perennial and only study of the psychological consequences of the Siege of Leningrad was conducted under the guidance of Professor M. S Gulina of St. Petersburg State University and Moscow State University.
The main goal of the authors of the book was the reconstruction of the internal picture of the war, the blockade, such as it was seen by children and adolescents, as well as drawing parallels of the traumatic children's experience and the lives of veterans today.
