On Thursday, October 2, at 19:00 in the Youth House of St. Petersburg (Novoizmaylovsky Avenue, Building 48) a meeting with Andrei Shalopa will take place.
As part of a series of meetings with interesting people. "Under the Lampshade" Petersburgers will get acquainted with the producer, director and screenwriter of the film "28 Panfilov" Andrei Shalopa. Guests of the meeting will be able to learn about the process of shooting the film, why it was decided to make a movie about the feat of 28 Panfilov members, as well as ask questions.
A conversation is expected on the basis of the scenario of the history of the legend of the feat of a handful of people familiar to every Soviet person. Andrei Shalopa set himself the task of making a high-quality and truthful film about the war. Significantly for Petersburgers - the guests of the meeting and the fact that now they are actively preparing for new shootings, which according to the plan should begin from December 1st in the Leningrad Region.
The meeting will show the finished excerpts from the film from the shooting and you can see the Soviet film of 1962 about the Great Patriotic War "At your doorstep."
